friends While it's not entirely difficult to be on pleasant terms with Seven- she's got a terrible habit of putting up a facade of super perky, upbeat and trusting- getting closer can occasionally prove to be an issue, particularly when she has no trouble tuning you out to dig around in the files of your phone or browse the internet through it the second you start boring her. Secrets can be hard to keep from her for this reason, and often times her loyalty is more to her work- as in electronics and hefty bank accounts- then it is to living, breathing human beings. On top of that, the switch in gears from 'playful and touchy-feely' around people to 'don't-touch-me-don't-talk-to-me-i'm-in-the-zone' the second she's got something to work on can leave some feeling whiplash.
Even so, become close enough to her, and Seven will be as loyal to you as she is all of her programs and employers, and will show off a more genuine side: snarky, intelligent, a tad incapable of caring for herself, and incredibly guilty over what she tends to put people through after she's gotten a chance to think about it. Anyone with an interest in computers will probably intrigue her, others with technology related powers are right up her ally, and anyone who will occasionally think 'Oh shit! Where's Seven been?' and track her down and remind her to eat and sleep when she gets lost in her work would be highly appreciated.
enemies Considering her ability and the fact that she has absolutely no qualms with searching through the files on peoples' devices and bringing up what she finds, Seven can be more than just a bit irritating and off-putting. To top it all off, her face of overly-happy and incredibly touchy can make some people uncomfortable or just downright aggravated. Even more than that, she's got very few problems with selling out peoples' secrets and information for a bit of cash, which is obviously enough to put her on someone's bad side. It's not exactly beyond the realm of possibility for her to have enemies.
On the more friendly-rivals edge of things, Seven's specialty lies in encryption, database and server management and protection, and the more technological edge of security: cameras, setting up patrols, and any locks and devices along the way. However, that's not to say she can't or won't hack, or that someone can't hack her programs. A 'friendly' back and forth would definitely pique her interest and could help increase both parties' skills along with possibly create some interesting threads.
lovers A devoted relationship might prove to be a bit much for Seven at this point, as her computers often tend to interest her far more than most people, and her loyalty tends to be a bit flaky at best. One night stands and friends with benefits are definitely on the table with her though. Someone looking to go for an actual romance would more likely than not need to move from friend to lover, or something along those lines. When it comes down to it, Seven's just not all that interested in the dating scene right now.
others On any missions, Seven would practically be required to be something more of a back-up than anything straight on the front lines. With little combat skills and no offensive power, along with a range on her ability, she'd need to be kept around- and therefore vulnerable- without much of an ability to protect herself. Someone with a more offensive power to act as a partner(and keep her from getting her ass handed to her, or killed) could probably lead to some interesting threads.
Beyond that, I'm up for any other plots or ideas someone might have, and any singular threads as well to just see where things go! | | ► | AINSLEY DAWSON eighteen / freshmen / osteokinesis / pansexual
friends Aggressive, hot-headed, and generally oversensitive, it can seem difficult to befriend Ainsley at times. However, anyone who can look past the fact that she's a bit rough around the edges will find an incredibly loyal friend willing to defend you and your opinions to the very end, even if they're wrong. She's incredibly accepting of her close friends, very flexible, and- quite amazingly- can be very gentle and relaxed in their presence, given the proper company. Because of an inability to accept the fact that her friends could be wrong or possibly even harmful to her, Ainsley can be easily manipulated by those close to her. Of course, working up to that point could take some genuine effort.
A sparring partner or two would be greatly appreciated for Ainsley. Someone not scared to throw punches at a teeny girl like her, and someone she can learn from (and can hopefully learn from her) and respect. On top of that, a work out buddy would probably be nice. Her main ability has to be mixed with a lot of physical power in order to be useful, so Ains tends to push herself to the limit on a consistent basis to keep herself in tip-top shape. Anyone who can keep up is welcome to join her, and would probably be met with encouragement and polite chatter.
enemies Being drawn to fights like a moth to flames- and often participating in them- it's not like Ainsley's all that innocent. Besides being loud-mouthed, stubborn, and violent typically doesn't sit well with the general population. I can see her butting heads with a good deal of people. If you need anyone to rough up your character, or would like to have someone to brawl it out with, Ainsley's your girl.
lovers Ainsley has absolutely no experience with love or romance- she's never even dated anyone before. Yes, she's had crushes, but she's never acted on any of them and no one's ever admitted to feeling romantically feelings towards her. In all honesty though, if anyone did, it'd be one of the very few times she didn't stand her ground.
Flirting often stuns Ainsley into silence and leaves her bright red and extremely nervous. In truth, any compliments directed towards her appearance will result in the same thing, and both tend to reduce her to an incredibly flighty, stuttering mess that struggles to disengage herself from the conversation entirely. Extremely forward advances are one of few things that entirely terrify her. That being said, she is on the market, just going will probably be slow. And while incredibly uncomfortable and scary to her, absolutely hilarious to me.
others While I have nothing off the top of my head for Ainsley here, feel free to suggest ideas that don't fall directly into any of these categories or for threads just to see where they go! SEVEN DAHL && ZEPHYR FEARTECHNOPATHS UNITE?? So I find it kind of funny that Seven's speciality is encryption and database protection, while Zeph's interests lean more towards decryption and hacking into protected information. And they would both be at least vaguely aware of each other's habits b/c they can sense what's going on in their phones and laptops. But yes yes yes friendly mostly rivalry plz )o) Also, since their powers work a little differently, Zeph would be immensely interested in how she can see pictures and hear audio without a screen or speaker (and probably briefly sympathize about the overwhelmingness of her power. SYMPATHY FROM ZEPH IS RARE, embrace it and never let it go). He will then start Rickrolling her at random intervals b/c he knows she can hear what he's playing on his assorted devices. His second power also lets him give his complete attention to 20 things at once, and most of those things are on assorted electronics, which will probably clog Sevn's mind really quickly. Sorry, Seven, sorry. Basically I think they COULD be friends, but Zeph might drive her insane first.

Seven Dahl & Zephyr FearYES. TECHNOPATHS UNITE.
Oooooo a rivalry between them- particularly considering their specialties like you said- would be super interesting. Seven would so lean over on Zephyr's desk one day and just sort of "Mr. Virus13, is it? *grins smugly*" after digging through his stuff Sev'd find him very interesting and would probably make a game out of trying to keep him out of her files with increasingly more complicated security systems if he were to hack her, in all honesty. She'd get a huge kick out of it, too.
Oh gosh. Sympathy? From Zephyr? She'll hold it dear to her heart. His curiosity in her power would please her though- Seven's pretty proud when it comes to her ability and will chat peoples' ears off if given a chance to. It's not telekinesis anything like that, but she does still adore it. And talking with someone who might actually understand it somewhat? That's even better.
Being Rickroll'd is the least of her problems. x) If he really wanted to mess her up, it wouldn't be too hard for Zeph to set up a DoS attack in her vicinity. Doesn't even matter what he'd take offline with it- the outburst of information would just be crippling to her since she can't block everything out, just quiet it. Of course, depending on how much he heard, that might be just as crippling to him.
To be completely honest with you, if he sat within her bubble, I could see Seven doing the equivalent of a keyboard slam any time he tried to type anything, just to be irritating. Or randomly minimizing whatever windows he's in... or bringing up other windows. In short, she'd enjoy trolling him right back. >>;
They'll be... something. I don't know what yet- it depends on how things go between them- it seems like it could go either way. I mean, Sev would probably find him pretty amusing, but it seems like he's pretty good at overstepping that and irritating people, from what you've been saying. x) I definitely want a thread with them though. It'll be great.

Depending on how Viola and Seven interact, it could throw a wrench in Viola's upcoming abuse of little Zephyr. That could earn Seven a powerful enemy and probably more than one injury. If these three can manage to work together, though... Well, New York would have something to fear.

Seven Dahl & Viola SolovyovSeven sits on the border when it comes to any sort of allegiance- she's not really good or evil. Just sort of going wherever the grass seems greener for her. She feels a good deal of guilt about that at the moment, but given time and a reason, I bet she'd lose that whole regret thing she's got going on. Because of this, it's very possible that she'd end up evil, or at the very least, working for someone on that side of things. At the same time, she's also got a good chance of ending up good or staying neutral due to the people, she's around- it all depends on who Sev ends up bonding with at this point.
Powerful enemies are fine with me though, and Seven having to watch her back could lead to some interesting character development, I will say. However, Vivi would also need to watch herself if that were the case. Any information on her laptop or phone that could be used against her, would be. Viruses, encrypting or deleting Vi's stuff is another option, if she doesn't just mess around in the source code of stuff to purposefully render it unusable. And maybe Seven's got the strength of a wet piece of tissue paper, but she's in a college full of heroes. With the kind of stuff she could dig up, it doesn't seem like it'd be all that difficult to find somewhere more on Viola's level strength-wise to help keep her safe.
Friend or foe, I'm up for either.

WOO WOOOOO OK OK OK OK SEVEN DAHL SEEMS LIKE SHE'D BE THE KIND OF PERSON WHO REALLY GETS UNDER RILEY TUFF's SKIN AND VICE VERSA!!! riley hates liars, so someone who is two-faced like seven would definitely get on her nerves quite a bit!! and because of riley's skeptical nature, she might be able to more easily see through seven's facade, though not necessarily, its UP TO YOU n all that. bUT YES, I SENSE BITTER RIVALS??? esp. if seven was to use her powers on any of riley's things. riley is kinda MAD JEALOUS of people with powers (as she has none of her own), so any time a power is used against or around her she gets pretty irritated, to put it lightly. ALSO!!!! EURUS FEAR (zephyr's twin brother) might be more of a "sort-of-friend" to seven?? he's really easy to push around, and pretty gullible, so i could see seven, with her self-serving nature, using that to her advantage. maybe using him to get back at zeph? but anyways eurus would have a pretty much "im used to it" reaction to seven's power and her use of it, due to growing up with zeph. so possibly one-sided/half friendship? it could even grow into full-blown friendship if they develop like that- eurus loves helping people, so he'd be glad to have a chance to assist seven with remembering to care for herself. |

Even if she does go through peoples' things then blatantly starts chatting about it with them. >>; Riley's skepticism, jealousy, and generally bitter and blunt attitude would definitely throw her for a spin and offend her if anything. She'd feel very strongly of 'why don't you like me' and take it very personally while at the same time feeling too proud and too set in her ways to actually try to work anything out like a mature human being or avoid her. Rivals definitely seems like a thing that could happen and could probably lead to Riley kicking Seven's ass straight into next Saturday. I'm up for that if you are. >)
Seven Dahl & Eurus FearEurus being so used to having all of his files gone through and having conversations about them started would please Sev more than anything. Someone not offended by that? Perfect. Matched up with him reminding her to take care of herself? I wouldn't doubt her becoming at least somewhat attached to him. More likely than not though, after a while she'd start considering considering him a close friend. Maybe even offer to up the security on his laptop in an attempt to help him out, though I doubt it'd stop Zeph down for long. Before that though, his gullible and trusting nature would certainly catch her interest. What she'd use him for? I'm not sure yet- I think she'll get a kick out of trying to irritate Zeph all on her own because golly gee, computers! but she'd want to keep Eurus around for something I'm sure.

Armand and Ainsley: Yin and Yang
Of course like we discussed, I think it'd be awesome to have Armand and Ainsley pair up. She's the complete opposite of him, but she could help him grow as a character and likewise for you. Being he doesn't have much family or friends, and her younger age would make him want to keep her from slipping into trouble like he did when he was younger. Also her vigilante attitude is quite different from his own, I could see him shadowing her or helping her out, but then again she'd be physically stronger than him, so maybe she could help/save/protect him too!
Armand and Seven: Smoke and Mirrors
Seven's computer skills could lead to her investigating this strange student and come across his past, possibly blackmailing him or trying to use his abilities for her own good. Also, it'd be funny for them to interact, he's not the touchy feely friendly type, it'd be some interesting dialogue. They also could come across some odd adventures, being their intelligence, maybe come across something they weren't supposed to and feel like stopping it, after all he's in to philosophy and politics.

Seven Dahl & Armand CartierArmand's mysterious background would certainly grab Seven's attention, and she'd be quick to snoop around in his history. Blackmailing for computer parts and other material goods is right up her alley, too. Any alliance between them- considering what they could dig up- would probably be brittle and strained at best, considering Sev would probably trust Armand about as far as she could throw him. And with her physical strength? That probably wouldn't be far at all. Though, with both of their minds put together, I feel like they could accomplish a good deal between them, be it for better or for worse.
Ainsley Dawson & Armand CartierWhile they could have a rather bumpy start, considering his past and his aloof disposition, all and all I think they'd be a pretty rad team. Armand's level-headedness would definitely help balance out Ainsley's own reckless behavior. Someone to watch her back, help pull her out of things when they get too rough, and keep her from making incredibly risky choices would be pretty useful to her. And she'd try to do the same for him. Regardless of her fiery attitude, she is insanely protective of her friends and would try to crush anyone who hurt him.

ooh gotcha gotcha so SEVEN DAHL's facade would probably go unnoticed for a time!! either way, RILEY TUFF would still be her usual loud and obnoxious self, so if that gets on seven's nerves, that's perfect tbh!! AND RILEY DEFINITELY LOVES A GOOD ASSKICKING if she's the one doing the kicking that is SO YES, im most certainly up for that!! im sure riley would also love being able to say she whupped a powered student, and a junior at that. (never you mind the fact said student is a technopath and only a year older than she is.) B) BUT YES YES DEFINITELY UP FOR THREADING THESE TWO, tho if we were to start a thread would it be the first time they met, or them already knowing each other? and would you like to start one or would you prefer me to? as for seven and EURUS FEAR, that sounds lovely darling delightful tbh!!! same questions as with dear riley, before/after they met and do you want to start the thread or shall i? ALSO UM!! UM!! AINSLEY DAWSON AND RILEY TUFF PLs... pls... these two look like they could butt heads... in the most literal sense of the phrase... they're both reckless and love fighting!! whats a better way to start a friendship than with a FISTFIGHT TBH?? also i feel riley would probably flirt w/ ainsley at some point (especially if ainsley beats her in a fight)!! and since riley is so very... blunt... she'd probably come on pretty uh strong... so if youre up for that hehe!! |

Seven Dahl & Eurus FearSince I'm starting the thread with Riley, would you mind starting this one? Seven's typically in the library, classes, or well... basically anywhere in campus, particularly indoors. Also, since he's sophomore, it's possible they've met before, though I doubt they'd be close yet.
Ainsley Dawson & Riley TuffYes yes yes, they need to duke it out. Ainsley would love fighting with Riley. Like I mentioned on Riley's plotter, Ainsley would also be pretty chill with not using her power just to make it fair because there's no fun in it if the other person's handicapped. And if they ended up breaking out into a fight due to an argument or something, once it was all over, Ains would probably be all good, having gotten all of her anger out while they were throwing punches. Also! Since Riley's so athletic maybe they could be exercise buddies too! Ains would love one.
Riley should definitely hit on Ainsley. It would kill her. She'd go from all loud and boisterous to extremely flustered, quiet, and nervous. I'd find it so funny. And I could also see her crushing on Riley and being super in denial about it. If nothing happens, then so be it, but it'd be hilarious to seem them try to deal with either of those. Or both.
Ainsley Dawson & Eurus FearI don't know if you saw, but on your plotter, I posted some stuff for these two. "Skittish people tend to bring out Ains' more protective side, and I doubt Eurus would be any different. While she can be pretty loud and quick to start throwing blows, Eurus- judging from his app and plotter- doesn't really seem like the sort to step on toes, and his laid-back demeanor would probably keep her at least somewhat toned down. If she did start getting too uppity and hostile in Eurus's presence after they were friends? It's pretty likely she'd settle down almost immediately and apologize. Even with her aggression, she's very loyal to friends and gets incredibly guilty when she thinks she's upset them. His paranoia could possibly cause some friction though." if you're up for any of that at all, that'd be cool. c:

CIM&SEVEN the biggest thing i can see here is cim having a sliiight interest in tech, given her sparklefingers power, which is probably enough to bring these two into the same circles. seven's super perky facade might be a bit offputting at first, but cim could rly use an upperclassman friend. tho ngl i'm kinda torn, because these two could easily go the rival route with cim ~*using her powers for evil*~ and dicking around w whatever seven's working on. she can't hack, but she sure as frick can short some wires to shut everything down.CIM&AINSLEY freshman franz?? cim doesn't mind punching tiny ladies. cim secretly wants to punch everyone. since they're freshman ladies i'm kiiinda thinking !!roommates!! but that's totally your call.

Student? Very possible, I think with her power of bone control they'd definitely meet and chat a few times. He is the professor of healing and basic body manipulation so he's probably got a few pointers for her. Maybe he becomes her mentor IDK I'M RUNNING DRY ON MUSE D: So yea these two would/should definitely meet n'stuff.
