the new york botanical garden is one of the most famous in the country and draws hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. spanning 250 acres in the borough of the bronx, a variety of flower exhibits are put on throughout the year. it also houses the luester t. mertz library, which is considered the most comprehensive botanical library in the americas.

YANKEE STADIUM

in 2009, a new yankee stadium was built to replace an older stadium that had been in operation from 1929 to 2008. despite this, the new stadium pays homage to the old stadium by including many architectural features that were on the old building. this stadium, located in the south of the bronx, is home to the new york yankees, and millions flock to watch the games.

HALL OF HEROES
commissioned in 1984, the hall of heroes is a museum that holds tribute to the most notable super humans. it is a feat of technology and architecture: stunning design, stunning exhibits and stunning security. in light of the current tension there have been several attempts at vandalism but the advanced security has resulted in zero damage to the exhibitions.

ARTHUR AVENUE

arthur avenue is in the heart of the bronx's little italy, though the neighborhood stretches for many blocks. this area is full of italian bakeries, delis, restaurants and merchants and is full of italian-american history.
