Helloooo nurse~ ... Okay maybe don't call him nurse but he is the guy who can heal you should you be sick since it's in his helpful nature. Not that he will if you ask unless it's something really bad because he doesn't like to see people die if he can do something about it. This ex-army medic is a professor at VU teaching healing to those students who need guidance and has an empathic touch. He is a very mature man who seems to be wise beyond his years since he's not even thirty, that can be attributed to his experience in battle and war. His passivity can also be connected to them. This professor has been roaming the campus for a couple year, but since he is so guarded most have found that he is quite the mystery, with the ability to be cool and collected in almost any situation he's managed to evade many personal questions from his students and teachers. Yet this part of his personality is a lot more than just cool and collected, he's gone so far as to be unenthusiastic and even unemotional. Though he many not like to answer things about his past or be the most upbeat person, this doesn't stop him from being a very respectful man or honest about other things. And despite his slightly cynical views of the world Joshua is a rather open-minded individual. You kind of have to be in this world, now if only he could get a handle on his haphephobia...
FRIENDS For Joshua, having friends wouldn't be impossible. In fact he's actually a pretty nice guy when you get to know him. Doesn't react to much but he's the type of guy who won't leave you behind or reveal your secrets to anyone. He enjoys a good smoke and even a drink or two. But he doesn't like to be touched or surprised. His power of empathic touch gives him a sort of fear of being suddenly touched without his permission. This power is only skin-to-skin but he's slightly paranoid about it still. | ENEMIES So enemies, huh? Well enemies will most likely be treated with the same indifference, if not more. People who purposefully hurt others for fun or use their powers for bad things Joshua treats with much more honest to the point of being harshly blunt. Though he is an unemotional man one can tell if he likes the person or not by the way he treats them. He also doesn't like anyone who sees themselves as higher and other less than them. Joshua is kind of big on equality. | LOVERS Lovers would be fun, but it would be tough because of his small phobia of touch and his passive personality which makes him seem like an apathetic guy, which he isn't. But he is guarded and keeps people at a distance. So there could be some one-sided crushes but since I'm a romantic at heart Joshua could have a relationship with someone. But it has to be a nice plot involving him having to wonder if they're really his emotions or his partners. |
