- Seven grew up living a normal enough life- excluding the vast amount of information pounding through her head on any given day- with her parents being two normal humans. Her childhood was easy and clean- disregarding the fact that she was a rather noisy baby, struggling to deal with the waves pounding through her head- and though it was a bit off-putting that the child seemed to have a vast amount of knowledge of things never spoken of around her, things she said she heard, though where from? No one seemed to know. She must have been getting into something. The idea of powers would be kept out of polite conversation- the elephant in the room that no one seemed willing to talk about, particularly not as she aged and her grasp on her abilities became even greater. Part way through middle school, Seven would find herself drawn to programming, and through experimentation would find herself able to write and manipulate programs from a distance. With this new knowledge, the girl began to simply devour any and all programming instruction she could get her hands on.
Come her junior year of high school, Seven found herself drawn into and out of a variety of internships- a good deal of them dealing with databases and security after she proved her mastery of a large assortment of programming languages, and generalized use. Through this, more experience was gotten as well as the knowledge that she could view feed from the cameras through the use of her power, a good deal of information on security set-ups, and the alias 'Cipher'. With Seven's comprehension of systems, set-ups, and electronics, the teen found herself following quickly into a variety of morally gray areas, offered money in exchange for "hack-proof" databases and incredibly secure security systems for products and information of less than innocent nature. While swayed by enough money, Cipher quickly found guilt weighing on her consciousness even though she wasn't directly involved in any schemes- she was merely selling a service- and applied to Vireximus University, hoping to ease her state of mind and hopefully find her power to be useful in something other than protecting corrupt businessmen and their sleazy products and secrets.

- TECHNOPATHY: Seven has always been able to receive, send, view, listen to, and manipulate data from any electronics sending out signals within a twenty foot radius. Any radio waves crossing into this bubble around her can be heard, any modems sending out or receiving information can be processed, and any laptops, phones, or otherwise wireless computers can be accessed and manipulated. Due to the large amount of information constantly being processed, sent, and collected at all times, Seven ends up with an intense amount of background noise clogging up her mind as she cannot entirely tune out these messages, merely tone it down into something similar to a whispering white noise, or focus harder on specific waves. This leads to constant headaches in technologically crowded areas- generally anywhere consisting of over 30 wireless devices within her 20 foot span, or anywhere where obscene amounts of data are being sent out all at once(for example, someone trying to cause a DoS attack around her)- and intense paranoia when there's nothing to pick-up. While it is possible for her to view video or pictures and listen to audio, these types of files leave her blind to the real world as she examines them, or leave her attention entirely on what she's listening to respectively, leaving her a sitting duck in stressful moments.
On any computer that Seven is 'connected' to, programs can be written and modified without her ever physically being in contact with the device, the stipulation on modifications being that she must know the language that the program is written in, and be fluent enough in it to be able to continuously think in the language. Everything is updated in real-time, and any typos, or missing semicolons can wreak havoc on any program she's trying to write or change. As a result, it's not uncommon for hectic situations to trip her up or for newer or uncommon languages it leave her entirely blocked up until she can get her hands on the physical machine.
