listen to the color of your dream. Ah, what to do what to do... a loud blond guy bearing scars on half his face and holding what seemed to be a syringe was knocking on Asher's door when he got back from class. Although the stranger seemed to be looking for Niko, he made Asher feel nervous. Plus, opening the door was probably a bad idea if Niko didn't want to see this guy... Ah, what to do? After a short while of listening to the blonde knocking on the door and saying things like "I swear, mate, it's just a bit o' blood. It'll be over in a pinch!" Asher decided that it would probably be wise to go somewhere else for the time being. Slowly shuffling back outside, he stopped and sighed, watching his breath make a cloud of vapor in the icy air. To be perfectly honest, he wasn't sure where to go. He didn't have any really close friends here... or, at least he was pretty sure he didn't. Trusting how people acted on the surface wasn't something that Asher was skilled at doing. After lightly tightening his scarf around his neck and nuzzling his face close to it for warmth, Asher decided that he'd just start walking somewhere until he thought of somewhere to hang out. Just standing right outside the building's entrance ran the risk of someone passing by or, even worse, the frightening scar-faced male coming out to talk to him. The walk wasn't terrible. Nobody bumped into him and he didn't get completely lost, so that had to count for something, right? When Lanier Hall entered his sights, he recalled Kaylee mentioning that she lived there. Room 201, if memory served. Ah, but that was probably wrong. What if he knocked on the wrong door? A girl he didn't know exited the building, leaving the entrance that was usually locked now wide open. If he wanted to get in, he had to move now, so without really thinking, he slipped through the doors and began to make his way up the stairs. Oh gosh... what if she wasn't even there? What if it was just her roommate? Asher didn't even know who her roommate was. The more he thought about it, the more terrible this idea seemed. But before he knew it, he was standing in front of the door. He read over the numbers a few times. 2-0-1. 2-0-1. 2-0-1. He wasn't mixing digits up. This was the room. He raised a gloved fist to the door, still internally debating on whether or not to knock, and lightly tapped it three times. Wait, wait, he actually did it? Asher suddenly felt like running. He should have just hid in the corner of a library; why was he doing this? Ah, but he couldn't just leave, he had already knocked. Nervously fidgeting with his hands, he glanced around the empty hallway as he waited for someone to answer. @kat | sry, I didn't realize how many threads you have at kaylee's room when I started this thing ;A; they can wander elsewhere if you want! |
