- anna was born in washington to a big family that hadn’t seen a family member with powers in, well, ever. unless somebody was keeping their mouth shut about it, which is what anna might have done if it hadn’t been for a lack of privacy in her household. with both parents and five siblings, it wasn’t long before they manifested one after the other - first phasing through the bathroom door, and not moments later opening it right behind her as if she’d been right there to do it herself.
it seemed cool for a time, but that period passed sooner rather than later as it became obvious what her choice of college would be. moving across the country didn’t appeal to anna, but it was her only option considering nobody in the family could teach her. humbled by her abilities, she’s aiming to learn to control them more than anything else.

[attr="class","appbold"]POWERS:
- PRIMARY POWER: Telekinesis. anna can move objects with her mind. with some really good concentration she could probably move a small car, but anything beyond that is generally too hard for her to move on her own. it’s easier to move something if it is close to her person. theoretically, she could move something within her limits if it was in sight, but if that car was all the way across a football field, she wouldn’t be able to manage more than a few inches, if not feet.
- SECONDARY POWER: Intangibility. anna can phase through solid matter by moving her atoms around other atoms. it’s a very mentally and physically taxing ability, because she has to seriously concentrate to not get stuck halfway through something like a wall. it also just generally saps her stamina if used too often in a short amount of time. surfaces like plaster and wood are fairly easy to move through, while brick and cement are much more difficult. the more dense a surface is, the more difficult it will be for her to move through it.
