A child surrounded by death – literally. Born to an undertaker and a pathologist, Laurent is the only child to the french couple. Unlike other children his age, his parents homeschooled him. His social interactions never did go outside of his parents until around the age of ten. After that hit, he was allowed to attend a private school. Friends were hard to make – since his conversations would revolve around dead bodies and what happened with them. (Needless to say, that drove people away in droves.)

To counteract such an awkward social life, Laurent found solace in classes that focused on an artistic side. He found passion in woodworking and metal-crafting. First it was random objects such as little doll house accessories. Once his skill excelled, he looked into making animals and humanoid objects. Boredom and lack of friends got him interested in making his creation's puppets. Well, he did need to buy a pre-made puppet to understand how the strings worked with the joints. Practice made perfect – and that was how Laurent started to see his ...specialty.

He showed his parents, his closest of friends, with what he could do. To Laurent, the young male would have been perfectly fine with going to a normal school doing derpy things with this power. Yet his parents said otherwise – shipping him off to Vireximus.

PRIMARY POWER: Marionette Mastery – Not to be confused with Voodoo, Laurent has the ability to control humanoid-like marionette, made of metal or wood. He can only control one figure at a time. The marionettes require strings to use – as it connects Laurent to the figurine, letting him 'communicate' what he wants it to do. Laurent can either use the marionette to attack or defend. His power also have a downside as well. Whenever the marionette takes damage, he takes half of it (in the form of fatigue). If the marionette is destroyed, Laurent will pass out. The same will happen if he uses it for attacking, although that is rare since he is not that confrontational.
SECONDARY POWER: Electric Manipulation – Only finding this out within the year, Laurent has some sort of connection with electrical charges. He is not able to control it at all at this time. (When he's tried to practice, let us just say bad things have happened – causing him to be reclusive more so than he already is).
