It was early. 6:00 AM early. Why was Danial in the library at 6:00 AM, you ask? He had been there all night. Studying. He was starting to sacrifice his health for his academics, and there was no social life to speak of. It wasn't even anywhere near exam time--no, all of this was just for regular classwork! He had been here for at least ten hours, and hadn't eaten since a few hours beforehand. There was still a physics of alternate universes paper, history of time travel essay, anatomy of the human and superhuman minds quiz, and business of being a superhero homework to do. It was endless!
Currently, the boy was sitting at a table with a large textbook open in front of him. It's a good thing no one else was there this early, otherwise he might disturb them with his mutterings of multi-variable quantum calculus. Hell, Danial should be disturbed by his mutterings about multi-variable quantum calculus! He didn't have his father's damn powers! When would people get that!? Danial sighed mid mutter. He just had to wait. He would grow into the powers. That's what his mother always said.
