- Matal's whole existence surrounds the infamous scientific project known as Chandelier. A product of a non-governamental entity. The case first took place when Matal's mother had a sudden manifestation of a tremendous psychic power. The woman, who apparently never had any abilities, was uncontrollably releasing energy on the 4th month of pregnancy. At was revealed that the fetus was the core of the whole situation. Its brain activity was extremely high and it prematurely began to manifest those powers.They thought that if they could contain that power, it would be possible to recreate the formula for replacing nuclear weapons or even creating something far more devastating. The Chandelier Project stepped into the next level.
As he grew in age, his mental activity became even stronger and eventually, his power became extremely dangerous and unstable at the point of destruction. After 10 years of experimentations, the project perishes at the Government's hands and several entities were accused of human exploration and nuclear weaponry, but the problem was still around. By using the remains of the Chandelier Project, scientists found a way to contain that power. An electronic device, placed into his brain, thus preventing him from using that power. He was later adopted by the Excelar family under the Government watchful eye.

- PSIONIC EXPLOSION: The ability to create and discharge a collected concentration of destructive psychic energy across a certain range, approximately 100 meters. The same energy that Matal's mother was releasing during pregnancy. When released, it can cause destruction around the user, resembling a bomb. It is an uncontrolled version of his Telekinetic powers. If Matal is mentally unstable or volatile, he could easily lose control of his power and wound his allies along with his opponents, and since he has insufficient levels of self-control, it may accidentally damage himself. This power is currently dormant due to the Neuro Canceller and it cannot be used, unless the device is either removed, or destroyed
- Neuro Canceller
An electronic device designed especially to prevent Matal from releasing tremendous amount of psychic energy. By measuring the brain activity, it discharges an anesthetic shock into the brain, turning the activity into a more passive state. It is very noticeable since it leaves Matal extremely somnolent, resulting on a more controlled posture with his powers
- Neuro Canceller
- REMOTE TELEKINESIS: Once the Neuro Canceller activates, Matal is able to completely control his Telekinesis and move objects with his mind with serious precision. He can also control it to the point of moving an object that is not on the same area and it can be extended to 150 meters. He can move objects much more heavier and larger than himself, such as a car. As for objects that are not within his location, he may not know what he is controlling, leading to shattering. The Neuro Canceller activates each time he uses his Telekinesis, and it could lead to a serious exhaustion the more he uses his power. It is very limited in time
