nick's not the type who likes to approach people first to start a conversation, but his personality is nowhere near the shy-type as well. he's normally kind to those who follow orders and to those who know and respect their superior. because of his past, he's had trouble trusting people he just met, so being friends with him is not going to be an easy zone to enter. he has more acquaintances than friends, however, drinking buddies are of a different topic. he's friendly to men who could hold their drink and "friendlier" to women who couldn't.
whether he knows it or not, he has more enemies than friends; not that he cares, though. he personally hates hardheaded students, especially the ones who think they're "all that" with their powers. being cocky automatically adds you to his enemy list. though he's not hateful by nature, it's just his temper makes people think he is. also, he very grateful to VU and wonderman that when someone makes a mockery of the school or his idol he's not gonna be very nice, in short, an enemy of VU is an enemy of his.

"love is like a rhino, short-sighted and hasty; if it cannot find a way, it will make a way." a quote that nick would disagree with, thinking he's immune to love like all other diseases. love, for him, is the mixture of a baby's crying, a madman's medicine, a teenager's aggressive act for attention and the burn of scotch the glides down his throat all inside a triangular room; it just doesn't make sense to him. but, like what the quotes says, "it will make a way." if there is anyone out there who's willing to put up with him and is able to make her way in and around his heart, then that'd be great! i think
