- Once upon a time, Zeph had two Australian parents with powers. They tried giving their son a normal life, but that was easier said than done, considering that something as simple as a TV screen could potentially give him access to TV stations, radio waves, and the internet from the time he was a toddler. He had run into stories of violent murder, videos of porn, and just generally hateful people for the entirety of his life. Still, they did their best. When he was seven, his parents were attacked by a group of supervillains. The one with pyrokinesis burned down their house and gave Zeph the scars on the left side of his body.
Since no one knew if he'd be a target of further attacks, he was intentionally sent far away. In the end, he was adopted by two women in New York City. All things considered, he seemed to take the transition really well. After all, there were still machines in the world. They never left, so he never felt truly alone. His new parents had been warned that Zeph probably had powers, but Zeph never told them all the details. He started making a name for himself online -- Virus1101 -- since he was getting into heavily protected databases that others would never have been able to access without getting caught. This name isn't known to be a hero, per say, but rather more of a troll. He's managed to keep his online identity under wraps for the most part, though he's pretty sure some of the telepaths at school have figured it out by now. That's fine, though. He already got into the school records and knows about them, too.

- PRIMARY POWER: Technomancy. Zeph can feel any functioning electronic device within a 10 meter radius of his head. He forms a mental connection with these devices, allowing him to send data to the device, connect them to other devices, and control any or all of its functions. Although he can comprehend relatively basic information, like letters and numbers, he needs a screen to see visual data, speakers to hear audio data, and... no, we are not going to talk about tactile data from trackpads. He can call people's phones with a thought or project whatever you're looking at on your laptop to his own. That said, when he doesn't have access to a phone or laptop, he gets incredibly fidgety and uncomfortable. If you take him away from all electronics, he tends to freak out.
- SECONDARY POWER: Multitasking. Zeph can give his full attention to more than one task at once. Whereas normal humans can only pay attention to one conversation if two are going on simultaneously, Zeph has no problem listening to up to twenty at once. To be honest, without this power, his primary power would probably drive him insane.
