It's almost midday now on the cool and brisk weekend. Throughout the main floor, quite a few students scattered about reading up for the courses or researching for their papers. Eli is no different having ready spend a few hours of his day there. He's studies long and hard to get ahead on his work so he may spend his time casually enjoying college life rather than putting it off to later scramble about to get it done. A lot of the work never seemed hard to do in the first place. Just required the effort to actually get it done which he thankfully has the patience for. While some people are arriving, the boy is practically done with his work till monday with the exception of a few things to do back in his dorm.
Standing up from his seat, Eli stretches his arms out in relief of his completion of work. All he has to do now is finish a few things back home and maybe eat lunch. He collects his things into his duffle bag to then stack up the books he pulled out to study. Once he feels he's fixed up and organized he can then start his routine of returning his books into the proper shelves.
With seven books on his arms, two of which are text books, Eli hobbles around from aisle to aisle. His small body easily is thrown off balance as his bag dangle on his left shoulder. The only relief being the moments which he rests his books on the shelves to slide one through into it's place.

Wandering around the library would be one Joseph Park, otherwise known as Behemoth. In his hands, he held a book about Korean mythology, and was reading up on some of the stuff out of pure interest, rather than for study purposes or homework. Unlike most of the people at the University, Joseph got his work done within the first couple of days, deciding it was better to get your workload taken care of sooner so you'd have more time to relax, and no rushed-anxiety phase two days before your work's due date. So, with no work to worry about for the moment, the giant took to the library for some casual reading.
It was difficult for Jo to sit still most times, even while reading, so whenever he'd have a book in his hands, he'd be wandering up and down the aisles without paying much attention to what was in front of him. He couldn't see people over his book, either, given there was no one he'd met who was taller than him. Most people stayed out of his way, though, which made it simpler for the man. However, Jo's reading would be interrupted when he felt a bump on his stomach, and the man stopped in his tracks, moving his book away from his face.
"Oh, sorry about that, buddy," he whispered. If anything was dropped, he'd lean down to help pick it up.

Distracted by his multitasking, Eli is bummed into and accidentally shoved to the ground by a larger man walking about. He didn't notice the larger person coming at all, likely due to his difficult time concentrating on balance. As Eli drops to the ground, his small bum creates a soft thud as it lands first on the floor. His eyes close shut and his arms move in ward shortly after as a delayed reaction to his falling. His books, however, scattered around all around with the exception of the one he managed to put away. He stays frozen there for a second as his mind processes the events while the looming student reaches down to pick up after the small mess he created.
"Uh...oH! It's okay I was kind of in the way there."
Eli finally comes to realization of what happened and quickly rolls onto his knees to gather the remaining books. After having them back in his hands, he fixes his bag onto his shoulder and stands up and looks at the other books with Joseph holds.
"I...I can take them back now, thanks."
The small boy continues to look straight at Joseph's hands, never once glancing up. He didn't think much of it really, just on the task he was on. Eli is so small compared to the giant. With nearly two feet in difference of height, the small one looks like a rabbit being loomed over by a bear. But Eli didn't put much mind to it, he just wanted his books back so he may go on his way and eat.

Jo's eyes would fall onto the smaller man, and then the books he gathered up. This little guy was carrying all these dang books on his own, so it was no wonder he'd fall over so easily! Well, aside from Jo being a giant, anyway. So, the giant just shrugged, smiling. He figured he could be a nice guy and help out, because he wasn't doing much.
"Or! I can help you put them away, seeing as you've got a lot of books with you, little man." He meant "little man" in the least insulting way possible, he just didn't know the kid so there was no way of knowing his name or anything. The man stood to his full height, turning to the side and holding out a hand to signal the small guy could lead the way, because he had no idea where these books came from.
"After you."

Eli's head cocks up to look into Joseph's eyes. He finds a bit surprising that the guy wishes to help out with something that's so boring. But who is Eli to reject such help? Nonetheless his head still tilts to the side.
"If that's what you want to do with your time, then thanks."
It's still a little strange, Eli is almost expecting the guy to drag him off somewhere right after as it's what most people do with him. Not that he minded. The stranger thing is though is that Eli's not to familiar with this guy. Sure Eli is just a transfer and have only been around just over a month, but the kid is quite the social butterfly. He may not know everyone's name, but he's likely seen a good majority of the people in VU at some sort of event. Especially with a person so tall.
"I'm Eli by the way, and thanks again."
The boy said as he looks down in his smaller stack. He then pulls out a book and slips in into the same shelf as the last book, only a bit over to the right. Glancing down during his actions, he remembers where the next three books will be. He then starts heading off to another aisle while looking back at Joseph and making sure he’s not left behind.
"Next three should be this way."
