- Tobias was born to a famous superhero father, and super villainess mother who fell in love and retired at a young age. Siring a child after a years marriage, the couple moved to a small town in New York State and raised the child with love and support while Tobias’ mother redeemed the things she had done as a villain by becoming an active member of the community. Becoming a member of politics and even becoming the mayor of the town, while Tobias’ father became a high paid business man. This didn’t stop them from spending as much time as they could with the growing child who showed remarkable intellect from a young age and his parents even got him private tutors to help stimulate his mind.
When Tobias hit the age of around 10 his powers activated and whenever he touched paper it would begin to wrinkle and rip without his attempting to do so. That was when he showed his mother and father and they told him about their powers and that he was just like them. At first they asked one of their super powered friends, who was also a retired hero, to help him with his powers and after about 5 years Tobias was sent to Vireximus at the age of 15. Planning on going to college and continuing his powers training and then becoming a chemist.

- PRIMARY POWER:
Paper Manipulation: Tobias has the power to manipulate, shape, and ultimately control paper, and paper like substances, in an almost telekinetic manner. Allowing him to multiply the paper, shift the color, fold and bend the paper to make origami like weapons, harden or ‘reinforce’ the paper to make it more durable, and even sharpen the paper to give it a cutting affect. Moving this paper at impossible speeds and with impeccable control. Able to make the material sharp enough to slice with the power of an un-used katana. Those Tobias doesn’t really apply his powers in combat and uses them cause distractions or hazards for his foes, if he forced to he can use his powers offensively instead of the usual tactical approach.
His control over paper is great enough to where he can shape multiple pieces of paper into constructs and manipulate them as if they were alive. Though without his influence the paper construct would simply cease to exist and become stray pieces of paper in the wind. Tobias can only create one construct at a time and doing so requires a lot of concentration, even more so if the construct is larger. This paper, when reinforced, is strong enough to support about 2 thousand pounds if it is the proper shape to hold such weights and if he has enough paper to do so. Too much weight atop of the paper would either cause him to lose concentration and drop the object, or the object would collapse under its own weight.
With refined control and focus, Tobias can repair shredded or destroyed paper back to its original state, down to the words that were once on said paper. Those this takes quite some time and isn’t an easy feat, often fatiguing him after about 30 minutes of doing so. Tobias can control paper of vast sizes or shapes, from a tiny ripped piece of paper, to a piece of paper that is 20x20 ft long. While he can control regular sized paper indefinitely, controlling smaller or larger sizes is limited to about an hour.
The paper he controls is also not more durable than normal paper unless he reinforces it, which requires extra concentration, and leads him to being almost immobile in battle unless he is maintaining momentum in a certain direction. If the paper he is using is completely destroyed or constantly being tattered, he can run out and become practically helpless. Extreme wind or rain also makes his power hard to control, though not impossible, and it would require him to focus harder to use his powers. His powers also are limited to about 400 meters - SECONDARY POWER:
Paper Mimicry: Coupled with his power to psionically control paper, and paper like materials, Tobias can also turn his own body into paper whether wholly or partially. Making himself into homogeneous matter with no specific part becoming more important than the other, and allowing him to mentally move himself to another location. Using this power, Tobias can become thousands of sheets of paper and even duplicate the paper he is making in order to not foolishly use his whole body while attacking or for any other purpose. Producing duplicates of the paper from his body is not very tasking when in smaller numbers sheets but when trying to create hundreds of thousands of sheets is when he would wear himself and have to return to his normal human form.
This is Tobias’ main source of paper when he is in combat unless he has his bag, and is also his main source of transportation. Often using his paper form to mimic flight or shift his limbs to do certain task. Ex. Shifting his arm into paper and elongating it to catch something, or shifting his hand into paper to hold something hot. While his paper form is useful, transforming into paper fully is dangerous as he can be destroyed or entrapped in a closed space. The form could also be controlled by telekinetics or other paper manipulators, or his paper could be scattered away from him making it hard for him to reform. Tobias can, however, stay in his paper form for only 2 hours before he is fatigued and must reform. By absorbing paper from an outside source, Tobias can reform his limbs should a majority of his paper body become destroyed or scattered.
