Terrence was born and grew up in one of the more ghetto areas of Flushing. His parents were ordinary humans with no superpowers whatsoever. Despite that fact, he showed signs of lightning manipulation at an early age, along with very abnormal silver hair. Because of this, he was the one that always stood out. Add in the fact that he could manipulate lightning in an area that’s generally bereft of any super-powered people, and he’s the talk of the town. Of course, this attention came in many different ways, from praise among peers, to attempted abductions and whatnot.
By ninth grade, Terrence was easily strong enough to handle an everyday thug. In fact, it was through helping a blossoming superhuman in the same grade from a thug that he had founded a small time vigilante group. He, along with the same superhuman (his soon-to-be best friend), helped the local police out with crimes and whatnot. Things have been going smoothly; as the group became bigger and bigger, with crime rates slowly dwindling down in that area. Unfortunately, an incident that happened during the last year of his high school career had cost him his best friend’s life. The group lost a valuable member, but continues to thrive and do its work, even to this day.
The incident unlocked Terrence’s latent ice manipulation, but left him in a funk throughout the remainder of the school year, and for a good chunk of his college years. As time went on, he got better. Bygones became bygones, and though he may never be the same, he would live on as his friend would want him to live. Now, he’s a professor at the Vireximus University and the leader of the very same group he had made, and goes about life in relative peace. …For now.

[attr="class","appbold"]POWERS:
- PRIMARY POWER: Electricity Manipulation Terrence could manipulate electricity since an early age. Coupled with his parents' supportiveness in training this power and his creative mind, he's had plenty of time to experiment and strengthen his skills. In short, his mastery over electricity is above superb. The only things he really can't do with electricity is store it within his body, generate enough to, say, keep a lightbulb running for a few seconds, or become electricity itself.
- SECONDARY POWER: Ice Manipulation Due to Terrence obtaining this power rather late compared to his primary, his mastery over ice isn't as great. He can freeze water, but it takes quite a bit of concentration if he has to do anything more than a gallon's worth at a time. Using existing ice, however, is easy, and he can mold the ice into any shape or form. The complexity and the size of said shape/form will determine how much concentration is needed. So, something like an ice sculpture of a child that looks exactly like said child would take most of his concentration, as well as some time.
